Attorney Spotlight: Cassie Wolfgram

In addition to being named a Rising Star again this year, Senior Associate Cassie Wolfgram has been busy in the courtroom and in the community. She was recently elected to the board of directors for the First District Bar Association, representing attorneys in Dakota and Goodhue counties. This year, the annual meeting included a trivia night! The First District Bar Association will be hosting a judge’s social in October 2024. The First District Bar Association regularly supports access to justice and donates to non-profit organizations serving the legal needs of the community. 

Along with the First District Bar Association, Cassie also serves on the Board of Directors for the Autism Society of Minnesota, which provides services and support to autistic individuals and their families, as well as education to the community.

Cassie is also an active member of the Community Action and Advocacy Committee of Minnesota Women Lawyers, through which she yearly volunteers at Girl Scouts at the Capitol Day and promotes an annual fundraiser supporting non-profit organizations.

Cassie was also instrumental in major win before the Minnesota Supreme Court. The decision reversed to $0 an incorrect determination that their client was obligated to pay back $1.2M paid for work performed for patients as part of a nursing and home care business that supported patients in the south metro who received health care in their homes.
