Emily Fox Williams | Associate

Emily Fox Williams was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and grew up in Odebolt, Iowa. She began her legal career in Florida where she served as in-house corporate counsel for a Miami corporation. Emily joined Dougherty, Molenda, Solfest, Hills & Bauer in 2002, and she practices in the areas of for-profit and non-profit entity formation; shareholder, buy/sell and operating agreements; business succession planning; employment law; contract negotiations; commercial leases; asset and stock purchases; business mergers and sales; wills; trusts agreements; and probate and non-probate estate administration.

Emily is licensed to practice law in the states of Minnesota and Iowa; she is also admitted to practice in the United States Court, District of Minnesota. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association and Dakota County Bar Association. She is involved in the Northern Dakota County Chambers of Commerce and Lakeville Rotary.
