Michael D. Klemm | Associate
Michael Klemm is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. He represents families, small businesses, nonprofit corporations, banks, real estate developers, contractors, homeowners’ associations and municipalities in connection with real estate transactions, land use regulation, residential and commercial development and common interest communities. In addition to his law practice, Michael serves on his local planning commission and board of adjustment and appeals, volunteers for Community Associations Institute in leadership and government relations, and frequently lectures and writes on real estate and community association topics.
