Thomas R. Donely | Associate

Tom practices primarily in the areas of banking, employment, business and real estate law. He is a Real Property Law Specialist certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Tom also serves as a prosecutor for the City of Apple Valley.

Tom graduated from Bethel University in 1999 where he earned a B.A. in Theological and Biblical Studies. In 2005, Tom earned his J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law.

In his free time, Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and children. Tom is a classic car enthusiast and also enjoys sports, music and involvement in his church with his wife, Cheryl.
